Casa do Pátio, is located in a quiet and residential area, best views of Albufeira, a few minutes walking from the Marina of Albufeira and the Old Town.
This house was totally renovated in a typical ambience using local materials and handmade products (kitchen tiles), all the comfort and design just for you!
Casa do Pátio is a villa for 6 people, 3 En-suites, a total equipped kitchenette a dinning area & living room area with direct access to the pool.
The 3 (three) terraces and balconies where you can enjoy the views and sunbathing , you can choose one of the two (2) swimming pools of the villa.
A swimming pool located on the main floor can be heated upon request (extra charge apply), direct access to the dinning & living room area. The other swimming is located on the rooftop, superb views and amazing chill out area. An Al-fresco dinning area, a small kitchenette (fridge, electric grill, ...) and a wc is also available on the rooftop.
Casa do Pátio has Air conditioning all the divisions, WiFi, alarm, parking area, a unique place to live unique moments.
3 En-suites:
Suite 1 - Two single beds (90*200), WC cw/ shower and a terrace
Suite 2- Two single beds (90*200) WC w/ hidromassage bath and a balcony.
Suite 3 - Double bed (160*200), WC w/ shower and a balcony.
Casa do Pátio is not suitable for childrens under 7 yeras old and people with mobility difficulties or dificulty to climb. The main floor pool can be heatable at an additional cost.
At the check-in a Damage deposit of 750,00€ will be required (cash or credit card), for any damage/breakadge occur at the villa. The damage deposit will be refunded 2/5 days after we clean an inspect the villa.

Absolutly Fanatstic! We highly recommend this property. The Villa was stunning and so luxurious. The entire property was immaculately cleaned and the interior and styling well conceived. Communication was excellent and everything was smooth and flawless. Would stay here again in a heartbeat!

Luxury Get Away Renting agent helpful and responsive. Property presented in a perfect manner. Well appointed. All amenities and fit out 5 star. We were three couples and really appreciated having a bathroom each. We loved the apartment and cannot recommend more highly.

The villa is amazing and exactly as advertised. The pools, roof top and balcony sea views, interior design was beautiful and spotlessly clean and location were all wonderful. I was torn between spending time in the relaxing swing seat, the jacuzzi bath, the roof top pool or taking a stroll to the amazing Old Town and beach. Sandra (our host) was contactable before and during our stay, was extremely helpful and went out of her way to make sure we had a wonderful stay.

Excellent modern villa, with great facilities and views. The owners provided excellent service and were very helpful wit The property has been done to a very good standard, it has an excellent layout for couples and families with 3 en-suite bedrooms. The open plan lounge and kitchen area is very good for a group to sit together and relax.
