It is located in a residential area, 600 meters from Albufeira center, Praia do Peneco and Praia dos Pescadores, Albufeira Marina is a 10 minutes walk away.
This apartment is perfect for a couple has one bedroom with two single beds and a sofa bed.
The living and dining room are in the same environment with confort and design. The kitchenette equipped with a dishwasher, microwave w/ grill, coffee machine, toaster and kettle.
You can enjoy a balcony with a magnificent ocean view.
At the check-in a Damage deposit of 250,00€ will be required (cash or credit card), for any damage/breakadge occur at the villa. The damage deposit will be refunded 2/5 days after we clean an inspect the villa.

The appartement is perfectly situated just a short walk to the buzzing Center of Albufeira. It felt really homely and we loved every attention to detail that made our stay perfect. Parking is exactly across the road and the interior the used fabrics were spotless and it smelled nice. Lovely Spot to stay we really reccomend it ????

Wir haben den Aufenthalt in der Wohnung total genossen. Alles ist sehr modern & hochwertig eingerichtet. Man sieht, dass in dieses Apartment viel Zeit & Energie geflossen ist. Alles passt bestens zusammen. Der Ausblick ist ebenfalls erstklassig. Der Kontakt zu Sandra war ebenfalls absolut perfekt. Sie ist nett, zuvorkommend und jederzeit erreichbar. Wir hatten eine wundervolle Woche in dem Apartment und hätten sogar verlängert, wenn es nicht bereits gebucht wäre. Das beste(...)

We had a wonderful stay in Sandra and Catarina’s place. The apartment is exactly as described as well as very clean and organised. The location is excellent, just within a short walking distance to the centre of Albufeira and very quiet as it is a residential area. Sandra and Catarina were very friendly and easy to communicate with. We definitely recommend it! Obrigado :)

Je recommande a 100% cet appartement, il est juste parfait. L’appartement en lui même est magnifique, totalement conforme aux photos. Il est super bien situé : 5 minutes à pieds de la plage, 15 min à pied du centre où il a bars et restaurants et enfin un petit Super U juste en bas de l’appartement.
