LONG STAYS, are stays longer than 30 nights in November, December, January, February.
The rates includes all taxes.
Maximum occupancy is 6 people.
The price per month is 6500,00€.
Included Services for the rate:
- Check-in from 4pm and check-ou until 10am.
- Cleaning services 2 times per week and changes towels, linen once a week;
- Maintenance support services;
- Support services/Help desk center from Monday to Friday from 9:00am- 6pm (+351 289 585 383).

Wonderful views! Felt like a luxury villa! The home was very clean and comfortable for our group of two adults, two teens and two seniors. Although the walk to the strip was a bit longer than our previous stay in Albufeira, it caused us to discover some local gems of dining nearby to the villa. The Ubers were great to get to some of the beaches and then returning to the pools after a day on the beach was wonderful! The villa is amazing and exactly as advertised. The pools, roof top and balcony sea views, interior design was beautiful and spotlessly clean and location were all wonderful. I was torn between spending time in the relaxing swing seat, the jacuzzi bath, the roof top pool or taking a stroll to the amazing Old Town and beach. Sandra (our host) was contactable before and during our stay, was extremely helpful and went out of her way to make sure we had a wonderful stay.

We highly recommend this property. The Villa was stunning and so luxurious. The entire property was immaculately cleaned and the interior and styling well conceived. Communication was excellent and everything was smooth and flawless. Would stay here again in a heartbeat!

Fantastic Our stay was just what we were looking for. My fiancée and I were celebrating my Mom's 60th with my step-father, sister and her bf. The space gave us all our own space and own bathrooms. There was both pool spaces for us to hang out together or take some alone time. We were recommended a private chef which we used 1 evening which was also amazing. Overall great experience with our stay
