LONG STAYS, are stays longer than 30 nights in November, December, January, February.
The rates includes all taxes.
Maximum occupancy is 4 people.
The price per month is 7800,00€.
Included Services
- Check-infrom 4pm and check-ou until 10am.
- Cleaning services 1 times per week and changes towels, linen is once a week;
- Maintenance support services;
- Support services/Help desk center from Monday to Friday from 9:00am- 6pm (+351 289 585 383).

I booked this without knowing anything about the area because it’s love beach front. It’s a busy town but this apartment is super fantastic, an oasis of calm, beautifully appointed and we didn’t want to leave. We were able to layout in the sun on one of three sun decks, we used the hot tub and outside shower. The kitchen is well stocked for cooking. And you can walk everywhere - no car necessary. I loved it and hope to go back.

This was our first stop in Portugal and we were absolutely thrilled. It is exactly as shown in the pictures. The host was extremely responsive, although we did no need much. Check in was easy and the location is perfect! Literally a few steps to everything in the old town. View of the ocean is amazing. Highly recommended!!

Une petite maison confortable sur la plage avec 3 terrasses qui suivent le trajet du soleil. Un cadre sublime pour des vacances réussies. La plage d'Albufeira est magnifique. C'est un spectacle permanent entre l'océan qui change de couleurs tout le temps et les mouettes qui valsent et se posent sous nos yeux. La maison est idéalement placée dans la ville. Notre hôte, Sandra, a été très aidante du début à la fin.(...)

Both the location and rooftop area were the highlights. The house is right by the beach, bars and restaurants - all minutes away. The rooftop (with hot tub) gave a birds eye view of the beach and beyond. House was great for 2 adults + 2 teens. All good, don't hesitate to book.
