LONG STAYS, are stays longer than 30 nights in November, December, January, February.
The rates includes all taxes.
Maximum occupancy is 6 people.
The price per month is 10.800,00€.
Included Services for the rate:
- Check-in from 4pm and check-ou until 10am.
- Cleaning services 2 times per week and changes towels, linen once a week;
- Maintenance support services;
- Support services/Help desk center from Monday to Friday from 9:00am- 6pm (+351 289 585 383).

Everything Sandra offered was exceptional! The home was spotless. Beautifully decorated. Comfortable, convenient and walking distance to all that’s needed. Location was spot on. Full ocean and beach views from every 1 of the 3 terraces. It’s a MUST for everyone visiting the Algarve. Thank you Sandra.

Sandra a été assez extraordinaire. Panier d'accueil, visite guidée, conseils permanents pendant tout notre séjour, avec une très bonne communication. Ça ne pouvait pas être mieux. La maison est située sur le front de mer, et possède trois balcons qui donnent tous sur la mer. La maison est décorée avec beaucoup de goût et de façon assez personnelle. We absolutely loved our stay at Casa Latino. The home is even more beautiful than pictured. The beds and furnishings are very comfortable and clean. A cleaning service was provided twice, which was also very nice. The kitchen is extremely well equipped and we were given a lovely welcome gift of wine, snacks, milk, juice, coffee. The location was perfect. Everything you could possibly need is within walking distance. We couldn’t have asked for anything more.

Simply Stunning! This 3 story townhouse/villa is simply stunning and luxurious. It is furnished beautifully and the views are amazing! The house is situated conveniently for Albufiera old town & also the marina with the beach on your doorstep! We received a 5 star service prior to and throughout our stay by Heloisa and were given complimentary chilled wine and a food hamper on arrival to welcome us and champagne on departure! We had a really nice stay at Sandra’s house. The kitchen was fully equipped, the living room nice and cozy, master bedroom spacious and comfortable, the other bedrooms also comfortable. Lot’s of ‘homey feeling’ despite being a rented place. We will rent again without hesitation. Our best recommendation.
