LONG STAYS, are stays longer than 30 nights in November, December, January, February.
The rates includes all taxes.
Maximum occupancy is 2 people.
The price per month is 2550,00€.
Included Services
- Check-infrom 4pm and check-ou until 10am.
- Cleaning services 1 times per week and changes towels, linen is once a week;
- Maintenance support services;
- Support services/Help desk center from Monday to Friday from 9:00am- 6pm (+351 289 585 383).

O apartamento é simplesmente fantástico, extremamente confortável e muitíssimo bem decorado. Foi uma óptima estadia, superou a minha expectativa. É sem dúvida um local para poder voltar.. Da proximidade da praia, ao cuidado de quem nos recebeu, foi tudo óptimo!

Es war ein Traum, die Lage, der Ausblick die Unterkunft selbts, ich fand für mich, dass es der perfekte Ort ist sich zu erholen.

We had a wonderful stay in Sandra and Catarina’s place. The apartment is exactly as described as well as very clean and organised. The location is excellent, just within a short walking distance to the centre of Albufeira and very quiet as it is a residential area. Sandra and Catarina were very friendly and easy to communicate with. We definitely recommend it! Obrigado :)

Dit is vanaf nu mijn favoriete, zalige oplaadplek. Een maand gewerkt en relax tijd in het appartement. Winkeltje dichtbij, strand, lieve mensen,... Sandra en de crew zijn super vriendelijk en helpen je de hele tijd verder en houden het allemaal picobello. Het interieur is super mooi. De zon straalt heerlijk binnen. Bij ontvangst heel wat verrassingen en blijmakers gekregen. Echt de max. Shhhtt, only tell your best friends ;)
