LONG STAYS, are stays longer than 30 nights in November, December, January, February.
The rates includes all taxes.
Maximum occupancy is 6 people.
The price per month is 13.050 € (Do not includes pool heating)
Included Services for the rate:
- Check-in from 4pm and check-ou until 10am.
- Cleaning services 2 times per week and changes towels, linen once a week;
- Maintenance support services;
- Support services/Help desk center from Monday to Friday from 9:00am- 6pm (+351 289 585 383).

Best location close to everything We had a wonderful holiday week with the family. We enjoyed ourselves very much on the roof terrace with the nicest view. Cozy house with two indoor gardens. Plenty of space for us as five people in the family. Good service, clean and fresh. Close to shopping, restaurants and the beach.

Beautiful and breathtaking with outstanding views of the beach, town, and the ocean. Residence is located close to shops, restaurants, sights and attractions. The secured parking space in front of the residence is PRICELESS. We were able to park our car and never needed to use it again while in Albufeira- we walked everywhere. What a spot! This couldn’t have been a better balance of convenience and comfort. The place is very spacious, pristine, and fully equipped, comfortable beds and a beautiful pool on the rooftop that the kids loved. The view of the ocean and beach was amazing and it was steps from the escalator down to all the action. We were a bit surprised by the party scene in Albufeira, which was pretty noisy and crowded, but that was all our ignorance. The house is right on a boardwalk elevated above(...)

Sandra's house is exceptional. It has a very modern feel and is beautifully decorated, with lots of amenities such as dishwasher and coffee machine. All the rooms are very spacious and comfortable with lots of lovely touches such as dressing gowns. There was a welcoming bottle of wine on ice when we arrived, and a bunch of flowers which made it very homely and was much appreciated.
