LONG STAYS, are stays longer than 30 nights in November, December, January, February.
The rates includes all taxes.
Maximum occupancy is 2 people.
The price per month is 3.000€.
Included Services
- Check-infrom 4pm and check-ou until 10am.
- Cleaning services 1 times per week and changes towels, linen is once a week;
- Maintenance support services;
- Support services/Help desk center from Monday to Friday from 9:00am- 6pm (+351 289 585 383).

This house is perfect! We had a wonderful week in Sandra's house! Heloísa helped us with the arrival instructions and she answered to all our questions before our arrival and during the week. The house is very well located in the old town of Albufeira, at 3 minutes from the beach. The house is very clean and confortable, we felt like home! If we come back to Albufeira, we will for sure stay here again! Thank you Sandra, and thank you Heloìsa for everything !

Great accommodation perfect location if you don’t want to hire a car. Amazing views from the balcony. Property was spotless and we had a mid stay clean Effortless check in and check out Only negative we can find is that the mattress was too hard for us but think a mattress is personal choice. Would definitely recommend, thank you Sandra for a wonderful stay
