LONG STAYS, are stays longer than 30 nights in November, December, January, February.
The rates includes all taxes.
Maximum occupancy is 6 people.
The price per month is 9000,00€.
Included Services
- Check-infrom 4pm and check-ou until 10am.
- Cleaning services 2 times per week and changes towels, linen is once a week;
- Maintenance support services;
- Support services/Help desk center from Monday to Friday from 9:00am- 6pm (+351 289 585 383).

We had an amazing stay here! The proximity to the ocean made for amazing views and sounds, creating a consistently calming environment. The Italian restaurant next door came in handy too. We were traveling with an elderly family member who had some physical ailments, so having access to great food so close to our lodging was perfect. A perfect vacation house! The view over the beach and sunset views of Albufeira is spectacular and the interior is a beautiful combination of modern plus stone walls, giving it a great atmosphere. The two balconies offer a lovely spot for meals or relaxing. The beds are superb, and the house was cleaned thoroughly and towels replaced twice in a five day stay. Un séjour de grande qualité. Un vrai bonheur pour ma famille et moi. Un endroit exceptionnel. Il aurait fallu un peu moins de vent et plus de soleil pour apprécié pleinement le logement de Sandra. Merci pour ces quelques jours de bonheur.

This place was absolutely heaven. We stayed for a week and worked remotely. There was plenty of space, the location could not have been better and the communication/recommendations provided by the host were quick, friendly and really made our time extraordinary.
