LONG STAYS, are stays longer than 30 nights in November, December, January, February.
The rates includes all taxes.
Maximum occupancy is 6 people.
The price per month is 4500,00€.

- Check-infrom 4pm and check-ou until 10am.
- Cleaning services 1 times per week and changes towels, linen is once a week;
- Maintenance support services;
- Support services/Help desk center from Monday to Friday from 9:00am- 6pm (+351 289 585 383).

Beautiful, Peaceful and relaxing location. Very clean, and excellent staff. We stayed for a week in Jul with 3 kids, who were in the pool each morning from 10am.

Férias que souberam a pouco. Excelente casa e espaço, tranquila, próximo de tudo o que nos foi necessário. Destaco a equipa que se mais não fez foi porque não solicitamos, aprecio muito a empatia, profissionalismo, o espírito, a simpatia e o sorriso, são estas pequenas coisas que para além do espaço, do sitio, da cidade, nos fazem querer voltar, seguramente para o mesmo sitio com mais dias. Nous avons passé un superbe séjour dans cette très belle villa. Le logement est beau, moderne, très bien équipé avec un emplacement idéal. Nous avons autant profité de l’intérieur que de l’extérieur avec le jardin et la piscine. Unser Kontakt war außerordentlich freundlich, angenehm und hilfsbereit. Bei unserer Ankunft stand ein Begrüßungskorb mit Wasser, Kaffee und anderen hilfreichen Dingen bereit. Eine sehr gepflegte Unterkunft. Es wird regelmäßig nach dem rechten gesehen und bei Fragen wird sofort reagiert. Das Haus wurde während unseres Aufenthaltes mehrmals gereinigt inkl. frischer Handtücher.
