Class sequence:
• centering
• ⁠breathing exercises (pranayamas)
• ⁠warmup
• ⁠postures (asanas)
• ⁠meditation

Power Yoga: Dynamic, intense and vigorous variation, which provides caloric expenditure and muscular strength.

Ashtanga Yoga: Dynamic, fluid style, works the body, mind and nervous system, with postures focusing on synchronization breathing with movement, with linear series without variations.

Vyniasa Yoga: Dynamic practice that aims synchronizing the breath with the movement. Free and fluid style.

Yoga Flow: Free style.

Yin Yoga: Passive and slow line with therapeutic effects.

Hatha Yoga: Focus on the physiological being and body consciousness.

Pilates: Method of physical exercise and stretching with the aim of losing weight, toning and strengthening the body, focusing on body alignment.
