Booking & Cancelations Policies and Rules of the villas:

Booking Policies:

To proceed with your booking request, you must fill the booking request for the villa required. Also can be done by telephone to 00351 289 585 378 or e-mail: info@dreamvillasalbufeira.com.

In case a booking request is to be made effective, we will provide all the details to do a booking deposit payment to complete the booking and make it effective. By proceeding with the booking deposit guests are automatically agreeing on all booking terms and conditions/rules.

Payments are always in Euros, can be made banking transfer or credit card, and are usually to be carried out according to the following conditions:
- 30%  of the total price with the booking;
- 70% of the total price 15 days before the arrival (balance).

The prices includes water, electricity, garden and pool maintenance, linen and towels and cleanning. 

The heating outdoor pool is not included has an extra cost of 350,00€ is charge per week if the heating pool is wanted, as to be informed at least 7 days before the check-in.

Payment Methods:

The payments can be made by Banking Transfer, Credit Card (VISA, MASTERCARD/MAESTRO) and Redunicre Payments.

Cancellation Policy:
Cancellations made until 60 days prior to your arrival date will be charge 30% of the total rental.

Cancellations made until 30 to 59 days prior to your arrival date will be charge 50% of the total rental.

Cancellations made until 15 to 29 days prior to your arrival date will be charge 75% of the total rental.

Cancellations made after 15 days prior to your arrival date  or if the guests do not attend will be charged 100% of the total rental.

Check-in & Check-out :

Check-in from  4:00 pm

Check-out until 10 am

Personal Information:

At the check-in meeting will be required the ID (passports or UE Identity Card) of all the guests;

The Guests must provide their address details when they book;

The Guests must provide a phone number when they book;

If the payment was made by credit card, the owner of the card must be present at the check-in, and show the credit card.

Damage Deposit/ Security Deposit:

At the check-in, a damage deposit is required to safeguard the event of any breakadges or damage incurred during your stay. The amount can be in cash.

The amount of the security deposit may vary depending the villa. Please check the amount of the villa you wish to book. 

 The damage deposit will be refundable if no damages occurs in the next 2-5 days, after cleaning and check the villa.

 

Regras de utilização Dreamvillas:

Age limited : Mininum age is 22 and we dont accept groups or parties in our villas;

Hen/Stag Parties are not allowed;

Smoke is not allowed;

Pets or any animals are not allowed;

Respect the maximum occupancy per villa;

There are Villas not suitable for childrens  under 7 years old (Casa Bandeira, Casa Pé na Areia, Casa Ocean Marina, Casa Latino) ask us before booking;

Respect Portuguese rules for noise and sleep hours if there are neighbours near by.
