As Estadias Longas , têm duração igual ou superior a 30 noites nos meses de Novembro, Dezembro, Janeiro, Fevereiro.
As tarifas incluem todos as taxas e a sua ocupação máxima serão 6 pessoas.
O valor mensal é de 7500,00€ (Não inclui piscina aquecida).
No valor da estadia estão incluidos os seguintes serviços:
- Check-in a partir das 16:00 e check-out até 10:00;
- Limpeza da casa 1 vezes por semana, com mudança de toalhas;
- Serviços de manutenção;
- Assistência de Segunda a Sexta-feira das 9:00-18:00 (+351 289 585 383).

Absolutly Fanatstic! We highly recommend this property. The Villa was stunning and so luxurious. The entire property was immaculately cleaned and the interior and styling well conceived. Communication was excellent and everything was smooth and flawless. Would stay here again in a heartbeat!

Excellent modern villa, with great facilities and views. The owners provided excellent service and were very helpful wit The property has been done to a very good standard, it has an excellent layout for couples and families with 3 en-suite bedrooms. The open plan lounge and kitchen area is very good for a group to sit together and relax. Wonderful views! Felt like a luxury villa! The home was very clean and comfortable for our group of two adults, two teens and two seniors. Although the walk to the strip was a bit longer than our previous stay in Albufeira, it caused us to discover some local gems of dining nearby to the villa. The Ubers were great to get to some of the beaches and then returning to the pools after a day on the beach was wonderful! Luxury Get Away Renting agent helpful and responsive. Property presented in a perfect manner. Well appointed. All amenities and fit out 5 star. We were three couples and really appreciated having a bathroom each. We loved the apartment and cannot recommend more highly.

The villa is amazing and exactly as advertised. The pools, roof top and balcony sea views, interior design was beautiful and spotlessly clean and location were all wonderful. I was torn between spending time in the relaxing swing seat, the jacuzzi bath, the roof top pool or taking a stroll to the amazing Old Town and beach. Sandra (our host) was contactable before and during our stay, was extremely helpful and went out of her way to make sure we had a wonderful stay.
