As Estadias Longas , têm duração igual ou superior a 30 noites nos meses de Novembro, Dezembro, Janeiro, Fevereiro.
As tarifas incluem todos as taxas e a sua ocupação máxima serão 4 pessoas. O valor mensal é de 7800€.
O valor da estadia inclui os seguintes serviços:
- Check-in a partir das 16:00 e check-out até 10:00;
- Limpeza do apartamento 1 vezes por semana, com mudança de toalhas;
- Serviços de manutenção;
- Assistência de Segunda a Sexta-feira das 9:00-18:00 (+351 289 585 383)

Absolutely stunning home, located overlooking Fisherman’s beach, so peaceful yet 50 metres from hundreds of bars and restaurants. With 3 floors, the top floor jacuzzi was where you would find me. Communication was first class from both Sandra and Heloisa, will definitely be coming back again.

This was our first stop in Portugal and we were absolutely thrilled. It is exactly as shown in the pictures. The host was extremely responsive, although we did no need much. Check in was easy and the location is perfect! Literally a few steps to everything in the old town. View of the ocean is amazing. Highly recommended!!

I booked this without knowing anything about the area because it’s love beach front. It’s a busy town but this apartment is super fantastic, an oasis of calm, beautifully appointed and we didn’t want to leave. We were able to layout in the sun on one of three sun decks, we used the hot tub and outside shower. The kitchen is well stocked for cooking. And you can walk everywhere - no car necessary. I loved it and hope to go back.

OMG guys, if you are looking for a perfect place in Albufeira, this place is the one! It’s even better than in the pictures! Everything we need was in this apartment. Nice white robes and sleepers, plenty of towels - bathroom and for the beach, so you don’t have to worry about it. You can have breakfast inside or outside. There are 3 different outdoor spaces in one apartment. So you can chill, relax and every day feels like you are in the new spot. Jacuzzi on the top floor is just(...)
