Uma casa de inverno confortável com todas as comodidades, num recanto calmo, área residencial onde o silencio reina… Localizada no Algarve, numa zona do país com temperaturas amenas e com sol mais de 360 dias por ano, escolha-nos para passar uma estadia longa, seja a trabalhar ou simplesmente a descansar e desfrutar da serenidade e paz deste local.

As Estadias Longas , têm duração igual ou superior a 30 noites nos meses de Novembro, Dezembro, Janeiro, Fevereiro.
As tarifas incluem todos as taxas e a sua ocupação máxima serão 6 pessoas.
O valor mensal é de 13,050€. (não inclui aquecimento de piscina)
No valor da estadia estão incluidos os seguintes serviços:
- Check-in a partir das 16:00 e check-out até 10:00;
- Limpeza da casa 2 vezes por semana, com mudança de toalhas;
- Serviços de manutenção;
- Assistência de Segunda a Sexta-feira das 9:00-18:00 (+351 289 585 383).

The house really is a beautiful oasis, offering an element of escape from the endless sports bars that the Albufeira strip has to offer. It's situated in a great location and feels very private and peaceful. The pool area really is lovely and the kids used it every day, even in the rain. Most stunning views Our stay was just amazing. It is the nicest house in whole Albufeira, the view is a almost 360‘ Panorama towards the ocean and the city of Albufeira. The service was extraordinary, like in a 5 star hotel. And we really enjoyed the heated pool in October.

We could not have had a more perfect week in Albufeira. The location is perfect with everything nearby. The views from the rooftop made us not want to ever leave. We loved that every room had their own bathroom. The communication was some of the BEST I have ever had with a host! The home is lovely and we would stay here again in a heartbeat!

Great stay--nice central location. We visited other cities along the coast. House was clean and fully equipped. Communication with Sandra was easy and efficient. The rooftop and pool were beautiful!

An absolutely wonderful location and delightful home. Extremely comfortable, well appointed and thoughtful details in the kitchen and living spaces makes this home very special. The roof top deck and pool is a sanctuary and destination in itself. It was very hard to leave! The host is incredibly responsive and attentive when we needed her help!Thank you Sandra.
