As Estadias Longas , têm duração igual ou superior a 30 noites nos meses de Novembro, Dezembro, Janeiro, Fevereiro.
As tarifas incluem todos as taxas e a sua ocupação máxima serão 2 pessoas.
O valor mensal é de 3000,00€.
O valor da estadia inclui os seguintes serviços:
- Check-in a partir das 16:00 e check-out até 10:00;
- Limpeza do apartamento 1 vezes por semana, com mudança de toalhas;
- Serviços de manutenção;
- Assistência de Segunda a Sexta-feira das 9:00-18:00 (+351 289 585 383).

This is a very nice place to stay in the heart of the old town. Only a 2 minute walk to the beach, restaurants and bars. It was remodeled not too long ago so the interior was in great condition. It is perfect for a couple. This time of year, a majority of the restaurants, bars, and shops are closed until March. There are some that are open so you do have options for food and drink. The accommodation was exactly as shown in the pictures and described in the description. The hosts were extremely accommodating and always available. The equipment was great and the beautiful balcony invites you to linger. The location of the flat is great, if you want to stay in the centre. I would recommend the flat to my friends!

This house is perfect! We had a wonderful week in Sandra's house! Heloísa helped us with the arrival instructions and she answered to all our questions before our arrival and during the week. The house is very well located in the old town of Albufeira, at 3 minutes from the beach. The house is very clean and confortable, we felt like home! If we come back to Albufeira, we will for sure stay here again! Thank you Sandra, and thank you Heloìsa for everything !
